Hello and welcome!

My name is Holly and I’m an integrative therapist, registered with the BACP. I offer a blended approach incorporating talking therapy with embodied practices. For practical information visit: FAQ’s

My core training covered psychodynamic, person-centered, cognitive behavioral and humanistic therapy techniques. I then completed a postgraduate certificate in embodied psychotherapy.

My goal is to create a calm, compassionate space where you feel safe enough to be yourself, express your thoughts and feelings and explore difficult experiences without judgement. At the heart of my work is the therapeutic relationship, building a sense of trust and understanding that allows us to make sense of whatever has brought you to therapy.

Alongside talking therapy, I have a particular interest in the connection between the mind and body. Anxiety, stress, grief and trauma can affect us physically as well as mentally, showing up as tension, exhaustion, poor sleep or feeling constantly on edge. Sometimes the body communicates what we haven’t yet found words for and I’m here to support you in working with mind and body.

When it feels helpful, we can gently explore this connection through simple grounding, breathing and body-awareness practices. There’s no pressure to do anything that doesn’t feel right for you; these are simply additional ways to understand what you’re experiencing, feel more grounded and support lasting change.

Together, we can explore the difficulties you are facing in a way that feels manageable and meaningful to you. This might involve identifying patterns, sitting with difficult emotions, working creatively, or exploring your relationships with yourself and others. My role isn’t to tell you who you are or what you should do, but to help you untangle the emotional knots that may be holding you back, develop a deeper understanding of yourself, and build confidence in your own judgement. Ultimately, I hope therapy can support you to create lasting change that feels right for you.
